Hotel Finisterra is located at the tip of the Baja peninsula in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where the waters of the Sea of Cortez meet the Pacific Ocean, approximately 1000 miles south of the San Diego border. Perched on a hill, the hotel overlooks the town of Cabo San Lucas, with the Sea of Cortez to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The Hotel Finisterra is divided into two sections, totaling 287 ocean, marina, and garden view rooms. The newer Palapa Beach Club section features light tropical decor and most of the rooms offer Pacific Ocean views and spacious balconies. The traditional Hotel Finisterra section Standard rooms provide many features of the new rooms in a rustic-style setting, built into a mountainside and overlooking the marina and downtown Cabo.
