This site features a variety of tropical fish, manta rays, turtles and from December to April, whales. This is an area with a great variety of caves, reefs and caverns.
The underwater coves, the nearby natural reef and the diverse array of exotic marine life make Las Caletas one of the finest dive sites on the Pacific coast of Mexico. The reef is home to colorful tropical fish, turtles and sometimes manta rays. There are many good drop-off points, it's nice and shallow and the beaches are gorgeous. It is a great place to combine scuba diving with beach combing and lazing in the sun.
