Cuernavaca is located 55 miles away south Mexico City, it is usually called “The City of the Eternal Spring” because of the agreeable weather lasting all year round. It is a perfect spot for relaxing and explore their historic monuments that we’ll take you to visit.

At Cuernavaca we’ll make a first stop at the gorgeous Cathedral whose construction dates back the 16th century; there you’ll have the opportunity for taking some pictures of the Antique Convent as well as its Open Chapel, as the Cathedral features three monuments. Inside its cloister you can admire vice regal murals of “The San Felipe de Jesus martyrdom in Japan”.

Then we’ll go to Taxco or “the world’s silver capital”, once there you’ll be able learning this metal production’s process at a local handicraft store as well as how to distinguish it. While you enjoy this explanation a delicious typical cocktail called Bertha is served, this is a popular beverage prepared with lemon, honey, Tequila, and “Yoli”, a local soda. Later you’ll enjoy a three course lunch with a Mexican menu at a picturesque restaurant, “El Atrium” that features stunning panoramic Taxco view.

We’ll also visit Taxco downtown with an enchanting atmosphere, cobbled stone streets and baroque architecture. It’ll be a good opportunity for visiting Santa Prisca Church considered one of the most beautiful in Mexico. At the end of this attraction you’ll have some time for shopping or just taking photographs, and then starts our return to Mexico City.
